We have been meaning to write to you for ages, but have just been too busy enjoying the company of our new dog, Pepper (known at DARG as Sergeant Pepper).
A little insecure of his new surroundings at first, Pepper is now fully settled, feels completely at home and is getting more confident and cheekier by the day.
He loves his walks, particularly on Muizenberg beach, where he was recently recognised by a DARG dog walker who spotted his trade mark curly tail and uneven floppy ears.
Pepper is still a little bit insecure around other dogs, but now has a girlfriend next door called Lilo! We absolutely love his company and really do recommend adoption to any family thinking about getting a dog.
